Mollydooker Enchanted Path
This beautiful Shiraz/Cabernet is one of
the Mollydooker fan favorites. The two
varieties synergistically blend to create a lovely leafy, rhubarb and
plum fruit nose and chocolate, spice and blackberry flavors. Its
opulence, elegance and incredible structure are amazing. It is seamless
from beginning to end.
This wine is lovely to drink now, especially after a ‘Mollydooker
Shake’. It will cellar, but why would you? We suggest ‘Drink and enjoy
it NOW, as we will make you another one next year”!

The fruit for the 2006 Enchanted Path comes once again
from our top vineyards - Prime and Gateway. This year we raised the bar
for fruit to qualify for Enchanted path and in our Mollydooker tastings
we are currently rating the 2006 higher than the 2005.
