Cellaring Enchanted Path Shiraz/Cabernet

If you enjoy cellaring your wines to see how they evolve with aged characters, Enchanted Path has plenty of beautiful fruit and structure to last for years.  It can be enjoyed now through to 2017. 

Pairs with peppered lamb loin with thyme and mushroom risotto and matches well with almost all savoury, full-flavoured meats such as roasted lamb, beef short ribs or even spice-rubbed or barbequed chicken. Especially delicious with dried cherries, salted marcona almonds and milk chocolate!
